“Creative Europe” the program of the European Union that supports the cultural, creative and audiovisual sectors. From 2021 to 2027, the program has 2.44 billion euros to support projects aimed at reaching new audiences, promoting the exchange of skills and knowledge, and strengthening the capacity of cultural and creative organizations.”

WHAT WE DO
The team of the Creative Europe Desk – Bulgaria provides information on the conditions and financial opportunities under the program. You can contact us by phone, email or make an appointment with us in our office.
The team of the Desk promotes the program by organizing various information events and trainings, maintains an up-to-date website, Facebook page, Instagram and sends an e-newsletter to all its contacts.

MAIN GOALS
To provide the necessary information and assistance to the candidates who wish to participate in the open calls for proposals of the Creative Europe program.
To guide professionals and organizations both to the national support opportunities and to those of the European Union.
To present the Creative Europe program during information meetings, international, national and regional conferences and events, to publish a periodical newsletter and to keep an up-to-date website.
The offices of the MEDIA sub-program and the Culture sub-program in Sofia do not make decisions on project financing.
To stay in contact with the national media and to inform them regularly about the open calls for proposals and the successfully implemented projects in Bulgaria.
Project proposals are evaluated by program experts at the European Commission’s Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) in Brussels.
The offices of the MEDIA sub-program and the Culture sub-program in Sofia do not make decisions on project financing.
